This is something I found ages ago and I may or may not have been secretly hoarding it… but I’m in a sharing mood. This is a flash animation that shows you how specific angles affect the splatter, exactly how the drop forms/the phases, and how height and speed affect the drops.
The cool thing is that you can download the flash FREE. So you don’t have to worry about the page going down or something. And the animation? Made to teach scientists behind criminal investigations.
